Rate of pay: £8.00 per hour, 40 hours (overtime available), full-time permanent position.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious chef, with a passion for
excellence, to join the kitchen team in our high quality 2 star hotel.
The hotel kitchen caters for our carvery style and a la carte
restaurant (110 covers), and our popular banqueting suite seating up to
We specialise in family dining using the freshest local produce available.
Under the direction of the Head Chef, the chef de partie’s primary role will be preparation, cooking,
and presentation of meals in the restaurant. Duties associated with
this role including directing junior staff in preparing, cooking, and
presenting culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene
standards in the kitchen.
