have dedicated kitchens and menus can be designed to meet your precise
requirements.
In addition to
suites available
for private functions, two of our popular restaurants have been
designed in such a way that business diners may have exclusive use of
individual areas.
At the Cabarfeidh
Hotel, for
example, Solas has a luxurious space, which is separated from the main
restaurant area by a patterned plate glass and marble screen.
With
flexible, state of the art lighting, this is an ideal location for a
party of around guests.
In the Eleven
cafe-bar
restaurant at the Caladh Inn, a private room has been designed to cater
comfortably for around 12 to 16 diners and offers buffet service, in
addition to an a la carte menu.

Fresh
local ingredients
All
Cala Hotels
restaurants make
imaginative use of fresh local ingredients. In the dish
above,
for example, local estate loin of venison is pan seared, roasted and
set on a mushroom confit, then served with a port wine sauce - a
Cabarfeidh speciality.
Fruits of the ocean
With the Stornoway
fishing fleet
on our doorstep, it's hardly surprising that fresh fish features so
highly on our menus. In particular, langoustines caught in creels
and scallops, gathered by divers, to retain the succulent
taste. Below, a simple starter of Stornoway black pudding, topped with
scallop and pancetta.
