Caladh Inn - Duty Manager
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious person to join the Caladh Inn team as Duty Manager.
This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone with previous experience in a similar position who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will lead from the front, maintain high standards with a meticulous eye for detail, and be a visible, supportive presence across the hotel. Calm under pressure and confident in your abilities, you will communicate effectively across all departments and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring you and the team consistently deliver outstanding hospitality
- Assisting with the training and mentoring of staff, identifying training needs and helping to lead, develop, and empower team members
- Proactively developing customer relations and managing, recording, and resolving guest enquiries and complaints
- Contributing to the overall success of the business by anticipating and responding to guests’ needs and maintaining agreed standards
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel during your shift
Ideal personal attributes:
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, intuitive, and positive in approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Caladh Inn - Head Housekeeper
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and positive person to join the Caladh Inn team as Head Housekeeper.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience in housekeeping who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment. As Head Housekeeper, you will set high standards and take pride in ensuring the hotel is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and comfort. Calm, organised, and detail focused, you will be a visible and supportive presence within the department, motivating your team to consistently deliver excellent results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising the housekeeping team to ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards
- Allocating daily duties and checking completed work to ensure consistency
- Training and mentoring staff in cleaning procedures
- Managing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet business demands
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel by maintaining high standards and responding to priorities as they arise
Ideal personal attributes:
- A genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment for guests
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated, intuitive, and positive in approach
- Confident communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Cabarfeidh Hotel - Food & Beverage Assistant
We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic and passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join us. We thoroughly look after our guests, host incredible functions, serve delicious meals, whip up some wicked cocktails and make great coffee. As Food & Beverage Assistant you will not just help the team to always provide exceptional customer service – you will also add another smile to the faces of the Cabarfeidh.
As Food & Beverage Assistant you will:
- Be outgoing, communicative and welcoming and enjoy looking after people.
- Serve guests in our restaurant, the bars and during functions and events.
- Pour and serve drinks, mix cocktails and make coffees.
- Set up and clear tables and help ensuring your department is always ready, stocked up and prepared to welcome the next guests.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
What you can expect from us:
- We pay above the minimum wage. You will get a real living wage rate of pay.
- Flexible working hours – we will find a way that works for both sides.
- Meals, teas and coffees whilst you are on shift are on us.

Cabarfeidh Hotel - Housekeeping Assistant
We are currently looking for a dedicated, energetic and passionate Housekeeping Assistant to help us. We thoroughly look after our guests and you will play a vital role in helping with our in house laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel by ensuring that all accommodation, function and public areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean to provide the perfect welcome and stay for our guest – you will also add another smile to the faces of the Cabarfeidh.
As Housekeeping Assistant you will:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, ensuring the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in all bedrooms are always maintained.
- Ensure all linen, amenities and supplies are replenished as needed.
- Assist with our in-house laundry and with maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house areas when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas of the hotel.
- Adhere to COSHH, Health & Safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards and our policies and procedures.
What you can expect from us:
- We pay above the minimum wage. You will get a real living wage rate of pay.
- Flexible working hours – we will find a way that works for both sides.
- Meals, teas and coffees whilst you are on shift are on us.
- Rewards and discounts throughout the company are available.
- Top up your wage. All tips are shared between all staff, down to the last penny.
This is roughly a 25 hour a week position with shifts on 5 out of 7 days but can also be part time if this suits you better.
Cabarfeidh Hotel - Laundry Assistant
We are currently looking for a dedicated and hard-working laundry assistant to join our team and help ensure our guests enjoys beautifully clean, fresh, and perfectly pressed linen. You will be a vital part of keeping our in-house laundry running smoothly and helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
As Laundry Assistant you will:
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organise linen, cloths, and towels to hotel standards.
- Inspect linen for stains or damage and ensure timely replacements.
- Support housekeeping and other departments to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Take pride in your work, collaborate with th team, and contribute to a positive, hardworking environment.
What you can expect from us:
- We pay above the minimum wage. You will get a real living wage rate of pay.
- Flexible working hours – we will find a way that works for both sides.
- Meals, teas and coffees whilst you are on shift are on us.

This is a permanent position with between 20 - 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, with flexible working hours.
Cabarfeidh Hotel - Chef de Partie
Do you have experience in busy kitchens and love creating fresh, mouth-watering food using local produce? At the Cabarfeidh, we host incredible events, serve delicious meals, and look after our guests with care. We are currently looking for a passionate, Chef de Partie to join our team and help maintain our high standards in a busy, friendly kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes across our restaurant, events, and banqueting services.
- Take pride in your work, follow recipes, and minimise food waste.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the kitchens vision and maintaining standards.
- Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with your team and other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Cabarfiedh Hotel - Kitchen Porter
We are looking for an energetic and hard working kitchen porter to join our established kitchen team. You will play a pivotal role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, ensuring every dish, tray and surface is spotless so our chefs can deliver outstanding meals for our guests.
As Kitchen Porter you will:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
- Keep all work surfaces, walls, and floors spotless, sanitized and safe.
- Support the chefs in all cleaning routines to the highest standards.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn.
