Whether you want to seat 200 or more people or organise an informal meeting for ten, we have a complete range of facilities for your business. We have many years of experience in hosting meetings, conferences and trade-shows for a variety of clients, creating flexible and adaptable spaces to suit.


Cabarfeidh Hotel function rooms

The Cabarfeidh Hotel has a well-deserved reputation for providing quality food, drink and friendly service. Our flexible meeting and events facilities offer you the ideal place to either celebrate a personal celebration or host business and corporate meetings.

The newly refurbished Oak Suite is the perfect space for large functions with a standing capacity of 150 persons. The room has a large bar, cloakroom and private toilets, and also has its own private entrance and car park adjacent. The recently renovated Willow Suite lends itself to corporate events and wedding receptions alike and offers a room divider to allow the room to be split. The Manor Ballroom is the largest dedicated banqueting facility in the Outer Hebrides. Perfect for large scale events, the ballroom offers a private bar and has a maximum seated capacity of 200 persons/400 persons standing.

Caladh Inn function rooms

The Caladh Inn has a range of function spaces for your meeting, conference, course or exhibition. Whether you want to seat up to 200 people or organise an informal meeting for ten, the Caladh Inn has a complete range of facilities for you.

For large events the Garry Ballroom offers a capacity of 200 persons seated, perfect for a larger scale functions. The Tonga lounge leads directly off the Garry and has a wide sliding divider, which may be opened to combine the two rooms. The Croft Suite is a versatile space, comfortable for around 70 seated, ideal for smaller meetings or corporate training sessions. Entry is through a private lounge area, with informal seating and an optional private bar available. The Tonga lounge serves as a bar and lounge area for the Garry Ballroom but may be used on its own for small meetings of up to around 15 persons.
