Breakfast - Our breakfast menu (see link below) offers open rotis with a variety of fresh toppings, smashed avocado on sourdough, Indian style omelette, and hearty Full Scottish or vegetarian options. Pair it with your choice of coffee or tea to start your day right.
Lunch - From juicy burgers and homemade focaccias to gyros and nourishing buddha bowls, the HS1 lunch menu is packed with flavourful choices to satisfy any appetite, available daily from midday to 4pm.
Dinner - Evenings bring a chance to sample the best of the islands. Enjoy seafood bouillabaisse, local mussels, comforting ramen, and dishes celebrating fresh, local ingredients.
